Delete your International Chess account

You can ask us to delete the International Chess account linked to your Google sign-in, and the data stored with that account.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to technoapps62@gmail.com.
2. Use the subject line Delete International Chess account.
3. Send the email from the Google account you used to sign in to the app.
4. Include the player name shown in the app, if you know it.

We will delete the account within 30 days and email you when it is done. You can also sign out in the app under Settings. Signing out stops online play for that session. It does not delete the account. Uninstalling the app removes data stored only on your device.

Data we delete

• Your Firebase sign-in account (Google account link used by the app)
• Your player profile in Firestore, including display name, notification token, and notification preference
• Your online lobby and matchmaking records that are tied to your account

Data we keep

• Chess games already stored as match history, with your name removed where it is still attached to your account
• Records we must keep for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations
• Data that stays on your phone until you clear the app’s storage or uninstall International Chess
